Information requested under the communication
Name/brand, email, service selection, and message content are requested to understand and respond to the project request. No permission is granted for marketing subscription or mass message posting; the form is not linked to them.
Optional visitation analysis
Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and phone, email, WhatsApp link clicks only with your permission to analyze. The content of the form fields is not sent to analysis; query parameters are removed from the pages and forwarding addresses. Ad personalization is closed. Google can process visits and browser information abroad. Google privacy policy.
Technical security
The prepared form server keeps IP address and trial times in temporary memory to limit excessive postings. Server access records may also contain connection information. The rules of storage and access of the live server will be set before publication.
Information to complete before moving live
The full title of the data controller, the legal reason for each processing activity, retention periods, email/hosting service providers, recipient groups and, if available, the terms of transfer abroad will be clarified.
Rights and application
Rights under the KVKK include learning whether the data is processed, requesting information, learning purpose and recipients, requesting deletion when correction or conditions occur, objecting to the result of automated analysis, and requesting removal of damages due to unlawful processing.

With analytics consent, a form request is also measured after the server confirms successful delivery. This event records only the form type (contact or quote), never the name, email address or message. Phone, email and WhatsApp clicks are tracked separately from successful form delivery.
