Type requirement before screen

Product types, pricing rules, stock sources, payment, cargo and return flows should be listed. A store that looks very nice may require expensive adaptations later if it does not meet a significant step of the operation. Special dealer pricing with standard sales flow does not require the same technical coverage.

Test the limits of ready infrastructure

Management ease, support layout, and existing integrations can make ready-made systems appealing. But is the feature needed really in the standard package, requiring additional pay, or external enhancement? Try a real product, order, and return scenario on the demo. Don't decide just by reading the list of features.

Calculate the maintenance responsibility of the proprietary software

In custom development, scope control may be higher; in addition, testing, security updates, monitoring, and team continuity should be planned. The initial development cost is not the whole cost. The terms of source code, data transfer, documentation, and service provider change must be discussed from the beginning.

Make the decision with sample streams

For example, evaluate this flow in both options if different dealerships are to be offered different prices. Who will intervene when the order volume grows, what data can be exported? Kortex Digital evaluates daily use as well as appearance by linking design and development coverage with these actual operations.

Check before you start

  • Has the actual order scenario been tried?
  • Is the cost of integration and maintenance separate?
  • Are the data transport conditions clear?

Let's clarify the scope of the project together.
