Menu design should help the customer understand options. Adding a large number of photos, decorative font characters and different accent colors does not always make decision-making easier. First decide how to group products, how to type names, and where to find price information.
Prepare a single product list before the design
Keep the product name, description, category, and price in separate areas. Get the alerts to be added to the menu approved from the business's supervisor. Having different prices in multiple files increases the risk of errors in the design stage. The date of the start list and the person who approves it must be specific; last minute changes should be monitored in the same list.
Category order in the caf and restaurant menus
Sorting is not a decision to fit into the page alone. Consider the path the customer takes when ordering. The relationship between main dishes and drinks, additional options and product descriptions should be visible. The highlighted product should not prevent other lines from being read. If the photo is to be used, choose a consistent approach for each product, rather than different light and frame.
QR code is not a menu system
QR code takes the user to an address. This address can be a PDF, mobile webpage, or manageable menu application. The way they are updated and used is different. Opening the large PDF of the printed menu to the phone can force the customer to constantly zoom in. The readable font size and easy category transition on the digital menu should also be designed.
Manage print and digital version from the same source
Product names and prices may stick to the common content list; settlements do not need to be the same. The page and print measure in the printed file is the setting of screen and navigation behavior in the digital version. When the price is updated, it must be determined from the beginning which files will be re-prepared and who will update the web page. Consider that printed material can be affected if the QR code changes.
How should you write coverage when taking an offer?
Share the number of products, language count, printed size, digital need, and whether the photos are ready. The design, print, photo shoot, and software of the digital menu are separate items. Saying "QR we want a menu" does not mean that all of them are included. Check the read, link, and product list on the actual phone and sample print before delivery.

Fix the connection before generating QR code
First determine the HTTPS address where the menu will be opened, which you check. Once you have entered this address into the QR code tool and downloaded the output, test it on multiple real phones. The size, contrast and surrounding space in the print affect the scan. Learn the terms of subscription or shutdown if third-party routing is used. Adding a short address next to the code provides an alternative to the person who cannot scan it with the camera. Protecting the link while the menu is updated can prevent the printed material from being reproduced.
