Roll-up is seen from different distances in the fair corridor, store entrance, or meeting area. Presuming that the entire height of the design will receive equal attention can cause important information to disappear below. First determine whether to stand next to the roll-up and what message it will carry.
Sort information by eye line
The brand and main message should be easily selected in the top section. The middle field can explain the product or service. Smaller text in the bottom section can be seen as more difficult due to both the mechanism and the surrounding items. Consider these physical conditions when placing the contact information; you don't necessarily have to fill in the empty space.
Use the template of the mechanism
Roll-up measures and the share entering the tape may vary depending on the model used. Do not start production with a random template found on the Internet. Ask the printmaker for visible space, safe space, and technical file conditions. You need to know which part of the design that appears on the screen will actually be out.
Try the photo and code on a real scale
Small photo magnified to a high surface may not give enough quality. If QR code is to be used, the target page should be opened comfortably on the phone; the location of the code should be where the visitor can approach. If there are two roll-ups to be used side-by-side, set up a common design language, but ensure that each is understood alone.
Add different language and product adaptations to the offer scope. Roll-up design, printing, and mechanism may not be the same service. Clearing this distinction and production responsible before file approval reduces the surprises that arise on the day of the event.
