If you can't find your business in Google Maps, examine the record status, information consistency, and search context separately. Not every non-viewing problem can be solved by design.

Separate the status of the record from the order

First, look at the status of the profile from the correct account of the business. With a record waiting for verification or restricted, the record behind the specific query is not the same problem. Try the general service search separately by calling the business name directly. Note the query and the area where the search is performed when saving the problem; the single screenshot does not represent all visibility.

Compare information sources

Check the profile information side-by-side with the business name, contact information, address and hours of operation on the website. An altered phone or old address can mislead the visitor. The category and service information should be compatible with the actual activity. Solve the current registration and ownership status instead of opening random new records for the same business.

Set the task of the visuals correctly

The exterior photo can help the customer find the location, create an expectation of interior and product photos. Do not make it look like there is a service or a location that is not actually offered. The fact that the profile cover is beautiful does not eliminate other factors such as distance or business suitability. Make sure the visitor finds the information they are looking for easily on the relevant page on the site.

Approach precise ranking promises at a distance

Google explains factors such as relevance, distance, and recognition in local results. Therefore, there can be no first order guarantee for a single visual, keyword, or edit. Monitor current diagnostic steps from the Google Business Profile Help Center. Not only its location after the change, but also the relevance of incoming calls and directions requests to your business.

Find the current record before opening a new location

For Google Business Profile, first check if your business is already listed. Owning an appropriate existing record and creating a new profile are different steps; do not open unnecessary duplicate registration. Proceed with the authorized business account and follow the verification steps offered by Google. The address, category, hours and phone should be consistent with your website. Opening a profile does not guarantee first order. When evaluating local visibility, consider the actual limits of your service area and the visitor's need; do not use non-existent branch addresses.
