Catalogue and product catalogue design.

Catalog design that showcases products and services.

Catalogue design

Cataloging is the job of presenting a large number of products or services in a regular and persuasive way. A good catalog; makes products valuable, facilitates search and supports the purchase decision.

We build up the information architecture and layout system; display products in a consistent grid, appropriate to the brand language. We maintain readability and flow even in long content.

The output is a professional catalog ready for print and digital. A accurately designed catalog offers your product range strong and makes your sales team's job easier.

Delivering the catalog designer the product list, technical features and visuals with the same code system makes revisions easier. We set up page templates based on content density, and evaluate the needs of digital PDF usage together with the printed catalogue.

Scope and deliverables

Preparing the product list, product codes, specifications and images in a common file speeds up the catalog design. Page templates are set up to make product comparison easier. Current PDF catalog editing and catalog update jobs are also evaluated based on source file and content status.

Pricing and proposal scope

The number of pages, number of products, text and visual preparation, number of languages, and need for print/digital version determine the catalog design price. Print-ready PDFs are PDF separate submissions optimized for email or web. Print quantity, paper, skin, and printing are evaluated separately from the design fee.

FROM IDEA TO DELIVERY
01

Define the scope.

Together, we clarify the goals, audience and scope of the project.

02

Develop the design.

We explore the visual direction through concrete examples, then refine it with your feedback.

03

Prepare for handover.

We hand over the agreed files and usage details in an organised format.

Preparing a brief for an industrial product catalogue

Collect product families, codes, specifications, units, matching images and language requirements in one source. Identify who approves technical accuracy. A design process does not by itself verify the underlying product data.

From sample pages to final files

Review sample layouts with different content densities before applying them throughout the catalogue. Page production, product checks and print file preparation are separate approval stages. Digital and print PDFs serve different purposes; printer checks and production should be planned separately.
