The banner and flyer offer a short area of communication. The message needs to be understood correctly as well as the design should attract attention. Checking the following six issues prior to production helps prevent an approved visual from being weak in use.

1. showing each information the same size

If the title, description and communication area compete with each other, the priority is lost. First list the main message, then the details required for the decision.

2. Turn the poster into a flyer by shrinking it alone

The information density of the material read at hand with the surface seen from a distance is different. The amount of settlement and text should also be reassessed while the measure varies.

3. Not checking in real size

The zoomed text may appear readable on the screen. Examine the output in real size and at the distance it will be used if possible.

4. Leaving the communication path uncertain

Specify what you want the visitor to do. Try the target link on the real phone if there is a QR code; consider if the banner can be used under the current condition.

5. Mixing content approval with visual approval

Date, address, price, or campaign conditions must be checked by the person concerned. A nice settlement does not mean that this information is correct.

6.Receiving the manufacturer template later

Learn about cut-in, secure space, and file conditions at the beginning. Forced design to different size at the last minute can lead to loss of information.

Complete this control before the print count increases. Reviewing both the design and content supervisor on a sample output can reveal problems that are not visible in the digital presentation. The same control should be applied in different branch or language adaptations.
