Task management applications are products that the user interacts with repeatedly throughout the day, so it's not enough that the interface is plain; speed feeling, hierarchy, and micro interactions are just as important as visual language.
There were three basic principles that we focused on in the selected design: a typographic hierarchy that increases scanning speed on the task lists, a color system that stays consistent between transition animations that instantly make the status changes feel and the dark/light theme.
