It is possible to learn graphic design with artificial intelligence, but just writing commands and getting ready output does not indicate that you have gained design skills. The measure of learning is that you can explain why a layout works and consciously re-establish it when conditions change.
Make the basic decisions yourself first
Use single black, white, and single writing family in your first work. Edit speaker, date, location, and recording information for an imaginary conference. Set order of importance with title size, line spacing, and spaces. Creating a readable layout without using effects or fancy visual makes it easier for you to see what you have learned.
Then adapt the same content to a narrower space. Record what you shrink, what you carry, and what you remove. Understanding why a decision is disrupted to another extent is a different way of working than producing new images in a row.

It can be helpful to produce alternative questions, see points you have forgotten in the brief, or ask for opposing opinions for your work. However, do not automatically accept the criticism given. Separate skill learned with duplicated result
You can review a layout you like on the printout and re-create it with your own content. But don't describe the choices you don't make as if it were your own design process. Describe the problem and the target audience on the first page. Show the two approaches and reasons you have eliminated on the second page.
