In the December content plan, instead of just creating the summary of the year from numbers and rewards, tell the customer what has changed. A completed guide, a more understandable product page, or an easy-going application step can be a concrete story.
Important days selected for December
This list includes selected international days for the monthly content plan; it is not a full official holiday calendar. Add national days, variable date days, and campaign dates to the relevant year's plan as well.
- December 3rd: International Day of the Disabled
- December 5th: International Volunteers Day
Date source: List of United Nations international days.
What content can you produce this month?
The actual arrangements that facilitate access to the service can be shared as part of Disability Day. If team participation is to be described for Volunteers Day, the approval of the persons, the scope of the study and the correct name of the relevant institution are checked. The image of the people receiving help should not be the default visual of the content.
Convert idea to publication plan
Plan the end-of-year writing with three sections: the need handled, the change made, and the next step. Describe the job delivered instead of adding numbers if the result is not measured. When preparing the calendar for the next year, place the questions customers ask most before special days.
What should you check before the broadcast?
Don't lose context when producing a series of social media from the annual report text. Make sure that each image is understandable by itself. Link to the detailed article at the end of the series; questions from the customer can be moved to the content plan of the new year.
What to find in the content brief
Collect the target audience, single main message, the resource to be used, the visual need, the approval supervisor, and the target link in the same brief. If you can't connect the special day with the brand, you don't need to share to fill out the calendar. Leave room for regular product and service descriptions.
Let's connect the content to the brand's need.
