A plan that describes team competencies for July does not have to consist solely of employee photos. Showing how a job is thought also makes the scope of the service understandable. Educational or strategy themes can be associated with the daily practice of the brand.
Important days selected for July
This list includes selected international days for the monthly content plan; it is not a full official holiday calendar. Add national days, variable date days, and campaign dates to the relevant year's plan as well.
- July 15: World Youth Skills Day
- July 20: World Chess Day

What content can you produce this month?
A design team can share what questions it asks when simplifying a complex screen. A manufacturer can explain two technical concepts that beginners often confuse. Chess Day may be the starting point for a narrative that compares decision options; the game analogy should not overshadow the actual information.
Convert idea to publication plan
First show a starting state, then describe the options and the decision measure. Share the design or process change that appears in the last section. If the actual customer job is to be used, share permission and confidential information check should be done; if the sample scenario is this should be clearly stated.
What should you check before the broadcast?
Don't just link success to the flashy result visual. Content that describes the cause of the decision helps the potential customer understand the way it works. Saved content and incoming scope questions can be used to evaluate this series.
What to find in the content brief
Collect the target audience, single main message, the resource to be used, the visual need, the approval supervisor, and the target link in the same brief. If you can't connect the special day with the brand, you don't need to share to fill out the calendar. Leave room for regular product and service descriptions.
