Seeing a large number of files in the logo delivery alone does not mean that you receive complete delivery. The main question is for what use those files are prepared for. What is a vector logo?
Vector drawing defines shapes by dots and curves; when a suitable drawing is enlarged, it does not degrade like a pixel-based small visual. PNG and JPG are pixel-based. Placing a small PNG in a large print does not produce new detail. On the other hand, it is also possible that a low-resolution photo was embedded in a vector file; the contents of the file should be checked.
Why aren't SVG and PDF alone enough explanations?
SVG may be suitable for web and interface use. PDF can be used for printing and sharing; however, whether the elements in it are really vectors is not understood from the extension alone. What logo versions do you need?
Versions on the light and dark ground, single-color use, horizontal or narrow-field layout are tailored to the needs of the project. Not all brands need the same number of variants.
