When generating environmental-themed messages in June, the design being green does not replace giving information about the product. The beginning of the content should be to determine what stage of the product or service it is talking about: production, packaging, use, or post-use.

Important days selected for June

This list includes selected international days for the monthly content plan; it is not a full official holiday calendar. Add national days, variable date days, and campaign dates to the relevant year's plan as well.

  • June 5th: World Environment Day
  • June 8: World Oceans Day

What content can you produce this month?

A packaging manufacturer can describe the correct use of the material. A hotel can explain a concrete application in which the guest can participate. This description specifies the scope, condition and data source; no major conclusions are drawn about the environmental impact of the whole business from a single application.

Convert idea to publication plan

Prepare a flow of three visuals: the material used, the correct way to use it, and the address to receive information. Let the person who approves the technical data and the person who controls the design text work together. If there are different types of the same product, show which kind of narrative belongs.

What should you check before the broadcast?

Use intelligible detail instead of unmeasured savings rates and ambiguous environmental adjectives. Questions from the content may indicate where the customer is lacking information; these questions also contribute to improving the catalog and product page.

What to find in the content brief

Collect the target audience, single main message, the resource to be used, the visual need, the approval supervisor, and the target link in the same brief. If you can't connect the special day with the brand, you don't need to share to fill out the calendar. Leave room for regular product and service descriptions.
