Install the segment with usable differences
It doesn't always make decisions to separate customers by age or income range alone. Differences such as purpose of use, frequency of purchase, need for support and decision time can change the design of content or service. Type how segments are separated from each other and what decision this distinction affects.
Check the promise at contact points
Does advertising, web page, offer, deliver and support bear the same expectation? Find recurring frustrations before the loyalty study. Visual renewal may not be enough when reviving an old brand. It is necessary to maintain the habits that the customer values and correct the steps that create problems.
Test general rules with your own data
Models used in marketing can be guiding; they should not be implemented like immutable laws for every sector. Re-shopping, advice, and customer feedback have different meanings. Watch these without reducing them to the same score. Interviews with a small group of customers may explain the reason for the decline in the report; don't automatically generalize the interview finding to the whole audience.
Check before you start
- Do segments change a decision?
- Have repeated complaints been examined?
- Has loyalty and discount addiction been severed?
